A loan of $1,125 helped to buy livestock feed and improve their pens to better maintain their animals.

Esther Noemi's story

Esther is 24 years old, married and has a son. She has her own home, in which they live, and is located in a rural village named "Great House Walls", which belongs to the district Mochumi about an hour north of City of Chiclayo. It is a small neighborhood of about 20 families, and for now, the only the only public service available is electricity.

Esther has been dedicated to breeding, developing and marketing animals for many years now. At this time, she has plenty of customers who visit her weekly to sell their goods and place orders with her. Her husband supports her with his income as a farm laborer in a neighborhood nearby. They are determined, despite their youth, to improve their quality of life and seek better educational opportunities for their young child. She is requesting a loan from Edpyme Alternative in the amount of 3000 soles [$1125 dollars] to buy livestock feed and improve their pens to better maintain their livestock.

She has many good references regarding her character and work ethic, not just from her neighbors but also from many of her clients that admire her and hold her in high esteem.
