Oganes lives in the village of Skhvilisi, South Georgia. He is 31 years old, married and lives with his family: wife – Kristine, 5-year-old daughter and parents. Oganes works as a construction worker in his district. At the same time, he leads the agricultural business of the family. His mother assists Oganes. His father has health problems and gets a relevant monthly pension from the government. Oganes grows potatoes on a family-owned plot of land. He sells harvested potatoes in the village and to green grocery retailers. Total average monthly income of the family is 300 GEL.
Oganes requested credit for purchasing better-quality potato seeds. He will get more harvest and sell it locally. The income of the family will increase. Oganes plans to use increased income for financing family daily needs.
