A loan of $1,125 helped to buy lights for her photography studio.

Estefani's story

Estefani, age 22, is a hard-working woman. She lives with her mother, Rosa, and her brother, Andrés, whom she supports. They live in their own house in San Pedro de Saño. Her father died four years ago, and ever since then she has had to face the family responsibilities. “I learned to be independent,” she says. She started to study graphic design in a well-known institute in the area. That is where she also managed to become passionate about photography. She took specialization classes in the capital with people who are well-known locally in the field. From there it has been two years since she has been working as an independent photographer. She takes publicity photographs for national companies. She earns very well for having recently started in this business. She still does not have a specialized photography studio. Her biggest wish is to have one of her own. She has already taken the first step by fixing up the space for the studio. The second step is to buy the specialized lights. This is her first loan with MFP, where she is happy to receive financial support in order to progress in her business. She pledges to make her payments punctually. Her communal bank is comprised of responsible and supportive people. Upon receiving your support Estefani will use the loan to buy lights, which cost an average of $500. She wants to use the light to set up her photography studio.
