Feliks's story

Feliks was born in 1970 in the Davit-Bek village of the Syunik region. He is married and has three children - a son and two daughters. His youngest daughter and son attend a village secondary school, and the oldest daughter graduated from school two years ago and currently does not study anywhere and does not work. Feliks' wife is a homemaker and also helps him with running the agricultural business. Feliks works as a forest ranger in the Syunik forestry and, parallel to this, is involved in an agricultural business in his village. Together with his wife, Feliks breeds cattle, chickens, pigs and also grows fruits and vegetables. He has a small plot of land, which serves as the pasture for cattle, and, thanks to which, he does not have to buy livestock feed for them. Feliks sells his agricultural products, such as vegetables, fruits, beef, pork, milk and eggs, to his regular customers in the city of Kapan. Thanks to his agricultural business, Feliks is able to support his family. He currently needs a loan in the sum of 300,000 dram to purchase combined feed for pigs.
