Phoeurn, forty-nine, is married, and resides with her husband and three children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been selling fish in the market for over seven years, earning approximately USD 10 per day. Her husband is a soldier who earns about USD 3 per day. All of her children are construction workers. Approximately, they earn USD 10 per day.
Due to the lack of funds, Phoeurn is requesting a loan of USD 600 to pay for her child’s wedding expenses. In the future, she would like to purchase a lager store in the market to sell fish, and rebuild her present house to make it stronger and to provide a better living conditions for the family.
