Yot, 38, is married and resides with her husband and three children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in growing rice for over ten years, earning approximately USD 4 per day. Her husband is a construction foreman who earns about USD 5 per day. In order to improve her agricultural business, Yot is requesting a loan of USD 500 to purchase cattle for using in her farming work. In the future, she would like to rebuild her present house to make it much stronger, to provide better living conditions for the family, and to help her children get bachelor degrees.
