Gulnisa is 52 years old, married and raising two sons, the youngest of whom is ten years old. Gulnisa started her work career as a biology teacher and was awarded the "Excellent Educator of the Kyrgyz Republic" medal for her high performance. Currently, she works at a school in the Pokrovka village. In search of a financing source for her family, Gulnisa started her own business in animal husbandry in 2000. Thanks to her persistent work, today her business has one cow with a calf and ten sheep. Also, Gulnisa works on 2.15 hectares of irrigated land, where she grows beans. In order to further develop her business, she requested a loan in the sum of 120,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy dairy cows and mineral fertilizers. Gulnisa plans to invest the earnings into increasing livestock headcount further.

Гулниса начала свою трудовую деятельность учителем биологии, и за высокие показатели в работе Гулниса отмечена наградой «Отличник образования КР». Сейчас Гулниса работает в школе села Покровка и в поисках дополнительного источника финансирования для своей семьи, в 2000 году начала свой бизнес в животноводстве. Благодаря упорному труду Гулнисы, на сегодня в ее хозяйстве имеется одна корова с теленком и десять овец. Также Гулниса обрабатывает орошаемую землю в 2,15 га, где выращивает фасоль. Для дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Гулниса обратилась в компанию «Бай – Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 120,000 сом (KGS) на покупку дойных коров и минеральных удобрений. Доходы Гулниса планирует вложить дальнейшее увеличение поголовья скота.
