Azymkul's story

Azymkul is 60 years old, a widow and has two adult children. In search of a financing source for her family, she started her own business in animal husbandry in 2005 with an initial sum of 10,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Azymkul's persistent work, today her business has three cows, ten heads of sheep and two bulls, and yields about 30,000 som quarterly from sales of milk and meat products. In order to further develop her business, she requested a loan in the sum of 60,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy livestock. Azymkul plans to invest the earnings into increasing the headcount of domestic livestock.
