A loan of $3,175 helped a member to buy liquid and solid fertilizers to sell.

Sexto Sentido Group's story

This group is called "Sexto Sentido" (“Sixth Sense”) and is made up of six members, men and women, who desire to improve their lives and make their businesses grow. Sr. Aureliano is the representative of the group. He is a friendly and hard worker with the desire to succeed and improve his life and that of his family.

Aureliano is fifty six years old and happily married to Sra. Yolanda, a hardworking woman of 50 years. They have three children who are now married and have children of their own.

He has been selling groceries for five years. He sells items such as cookies, chips, milk, bread, coffee, mayonnaise, cereal, marmalade, soft drinks, water and sugar. He requested the loan to buy liquid and solid fertilizers to sell because his countrymen have to go to a neighboring locality to buy these items since they are not sold in their area.

He tells us that he is very happy with the help provided him by the Fundación, which has enabled him to expand his business and sell something more, such as fertilizer.

The other members of the group are: Irais, who sells Mexican appetizers, Galicia Alberta who sells fish, Norberta Antonia who sells groceries, Angeles who sells bottled water, Nahum who sells fruits and vegetables. They all thank the Fundación for the support that has been given them to move ahead and triumph in life.

In this group: Irais, Galicia Alberta, Norberta Antonia, Angeles, Nahum, Aureliano
