Norma es socia del Banco Comunal Sumacc Huayta, tiene 43 años, ella se dedica a los bordados con toda su familia. Norma es socia de FINCA Perú hace 10 años, gracias a las enseñanzas de su mamá ella decidió ser socia de FINCA Perú porque es una gran ayuda para los microempresarios, aparte de las capacitaciones que les ofrecen, les ayudan a poder tener una buena formación financiera. Norma está muy contenta con todo lo que ha podido lograr, ganaron premios a nivel nacional por la calidad de sus bordados y actualmente está exportando a Argentina! Con su nuevo préstamo, Norma invertirá en hilos variados y matariales para sus bordados.
