Oñoñeeme Group's story

Oñoñeeme is a group in the city of Asunción which is comprised of 16 hard-working women who decided to join the Fundación Paraguaya's program in an aim to improve their families' futures. The communal bank is currently in its third loan cycle and is known for its sense of responsibility and participation in activities and meetings. Each one of the members has desires to get ahead and is responsible in paying back the loan.

Mariciana is a member of the group and she makes and sells costume jewelry. She has been in business for quite some time. She makes all kinds of jewelry, earrings, rings, etc. Because of her great creativity she always has beautiful products which are very popular among her customers.

She is requesting a loan to buy beads, thread, hooks, clips, sequins and other supplies she needs to make the jewelry she sells. She is grateful to the foundation and Kiva for this opportunity.
