Vitalyi's story

Vitalyi is a family man. He lives together with his wife and two small children in the Vodyanoye village. Vitalyi is involved in growing early vegetables in his greenhouses. He has a large plot of land, three big, 80x100 meter greenhouses, and two greenhouses for seedlings. Vitalyi has been involved in agriculture for 13 years. He had invested 110,000 hryvnia into his business. His annual expenses for seeds and plastic amount to 43,000 hryvnia. Vitalyi plans to invest 7,000 hryvnia out of the money received from Kiva into a purchase of plastic, 10,000 hryvnia into a purchase of quality seeds and the remaining 3,000 hryvnia into fertilizers for the soil. Vitalyi's plans are to build his own house, buy another land plot and continue to expand his farming business by increasing turnover. He hopes for all this to come to fruition because greenhouse business is a very promising enterprise for this region.
