A loan helped a member to buy charcoal for eventual resale.

Niño Salvador Group's story

These individuals are known in their area as hardworking and determined women. They are from the group Niño Salvador (Savior Child), which consists of 19 women from the city of San Lorenzo. They desire a better future for their children, so they work in this manner in order for their children to avoid experiencing the same hardships that they had to endure.

Sra. Lidia is a person who is known for her enthusiasm and her progressive spirit. She says that she sells charcoal and generates many sales. Lidia says that her neighbors and people from other areas buy what she sells. For this reason, she has done very well. With great sacrifice and determination, she has been able to get to the place where she is now. She is requesting a loan to buy charcoal so that she can restock and have more inventory. Lidia is pleased to be part of the program with Fundación Paraguaya.
