Than, 38, is married and resides with her husband and one child in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia.
She and her husband have been involved in the agricultural business for over five years, they have extensive experience and are successful in their careers.
They are involved in growing rice and vegetables to sell. Additionally, her husband runs a fishing business to generate extra income to support the family.
They earn approximately USD 10 per day. Due to the lack of funds, Than is requesting for a loan of USD 600 to purchase fertilizer and fuel to use in her farming work for growing rice in the dry season.
In the future, she would like to run a poultry farm and help her children get a bachelor’s degree. Moreover, she hopes to rebuild her present house to make it stronger, to provide better living conditions for her family.
