El grupo el buen Pastor lo conforman tres personas trabajadoras y emprendedoras una de ellas es Isabel quien se dedica al comercio de comida y verduras desde hace 20 años negocios en el que invertirá el crédito con la compra de mercadería. Ella con el crédito anterior logro mejorar su casa y comparase una computadora ya que vende disco también.
Las otras integrantes son Damaris quien vende recarga desde hace 2 años y Melida Rosa tiene una pulpería desde hace 4 años.
