El grupo Manantial en el Desierto lo conforman tres mujeres trabajadoras la coordinadora es María Auxiliadora quien vende en su casa aluminio y ropa desde hace 8 años. El crédito lo invertirá en reforzar el negocio con la compra de mercadería y su meta es mejorar su casa la cual poco a poco ha logrado con las ganancias obtenidas con el crédito anterior logro embaldosar su casa y comprarse una lavadora.
Ella es casada y tiene a su cargo a su hijo menor de 11 años.
Las otras integrantes son Fátima quien vende cobertores, cubiertas para sofá y junto a su esposo tiene un microbús donde realiza recorridos a niños y Lucia del Carmen se dedica al destace de cerdo.
