Mujeres Luchadoras Group's story

This group is called "Mujeres Luchadoras" (Striving Women). It is formed by 21 very active and united women from the same zone. All of them are friends and neighbors from the neighborhood, who have joined together with the will to succeed and help each other. Now they are in their sixth loan cycle in the Entrepreneurial Women program at the foundation.

Petrona is one of the members of the group. She sells clothing. She always has a great variety, and for that reason she has succeeded in forming a good customer base. She began with a few customers, but now she is already a good microbusinesswoman who wants to continue growing. She is applying for the loan to buy clothing, with which she will be able to continue stocking her business and filling the orders of her customers.
