Gregorio's story

Don Gregorio is 72 years old, married, and has seven children who are grown. Five of them live abroad. He lives with his wife in the neighborhood of La Cruz, Morazán, Yoro.

Don Gregorio raises livestock, specifically dairy cattle. This activity has been his source of income for the past 55 years. He started out with three heads of cattle that he inherited from his father and began working in order to earn money. Gregorio achieved good earnings, which allowed him to invest in the purchase of more cattle so that he could increase production. The milk is sold by the liter in the neighboring communities. His business has been very profitable because the income is constant. With much effort and dedication, he continues to work eight hours a day.

Don Gregorio is requesting a loan of 21,000 HNL to invest in the purchase of a head of cattle so that he can continue increasing his milk production. His plan is to grow his livestock business even more.
