Mujeres Unidas 1 Group's story

The 'Mujeres Unidas' (United Women) committee is located in the city of San Lorenzo. It is made up of 14 hard-working women who are very united. They have never experienced any problems. They have been able to overcome everything thanks to their unity which is something they are known for in their neighborhood.

Viviana is a dressmaker and she tells us that she has been in this business for several years now. This has helped her to establish a good customer base. She works every day and says that she always has a lot of orders and work from her customers. Her aim is to continue working and helping her family.

Viviana is requesting this loan to buy fabric and thread so that she can stock her business and fill the orders that her customers make with her. The group is grateful for the opportunity that they are receiving from Kiva and Fundación Paraguaya.

In this group: Lida Rosa, Claudia, Irma, Felicia, Veronica, Viviana, Lourdes, Valentina, Maria, Bernardina, Lucia, Genara, Amelia, Fatima
