A loan of $3,075 helped a member to buy laundry ingredients.

Kuña Aty Group's story

Kuña Aty is the name of this group of women formed in the city of Itá, as a result of one of the women contacting the loan officer in a weekly meeting the officer had in the area about the way the Committee of Entrepreneurial Women works. After being assessed with respect to the program, she was able to gather 12 women who now find themselves happily working together in their 5th loan cycle in a respectful and helpful environment.

Eustaquia, one of the group members, works in laundry service and tells us that she has always had a lot of work, thanks to God. She began doing laundry for a few neighbors, but this small amount grew and now she also receives clients from surrounding neighborhoods.

She is asking for this loan to buy powdered soap, fabric softener, bleach, disinfectant and other laundry ingredients. She is very happy with the help that she receives from Fundación Paraguaya and Kiva.

In this group: Liz, Eusebia, Carolina, Eustaquia, Maria, Myrian, Inocencia, Gabriela, Andresa, Isidora, Fidelina, Lidia
