Kuña Renda 1 Group's story

Kuña Renda 1 Group is comprised of twenty-two women from the city of Caaguazú who work together to be able to help one another. They are hard-working, enterprising women who do not give up easily. They work hard every day to improve their families’ quality of lives. Currently they are in their fifth loan cycle, and would like to be able to reach the program’s highest level. Ilda has been selling clothes for quite a while, which has enabled her to develop a significant customer base. She says that she always has many orders from her customers, especially since she has good quality garments that are not very expensive. This work has helped her to be able to achieve her potential as a merchant, and it has also helped her to provide for her family.
She is turning to the Foundation and to Kiva to request this loan since she has orders and would like to be able to fill them for her customers. She would like to purchase T-shirts, pants, dress shirts, and other items.
