Totukan's story

Totukan is 55 years old, married and has three adult children. She has been involved in animal husbandry and farming for 25 years, starting this business with a sum of 10,000 som (KGS). Thanks to hard work and persistence, Totukan's business consists of one cow, five sheep, and five goats today, yielding about 6,000 som in profit every month. She also grows clover and stocked up livestock feed of 600 sheaves. In order to further expand her business, Totukan requested a loan in the sum of 100,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy young sheep for fattening up and resale. She plans to use the profits from the loan to increase livestock headcount in the future.
