Tumenbayar's story

Tumenbayar is a 43-year-old widow who has two daughters and lives in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Her younger daughter attends the Royal academy in Mongolia, while her elder daughter studies in Korea. She has been operating a grocery store business since 2010.

Since the Mongolian national holiday Tsagaan Sar, in February, is a high sales season, Tumenbayar is requesting a 3,000,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugriks) loan to buy more merchandise for the grocery store in order to increase her working capital for the traditional Mongolian holiday.

She is very trusted, repeat client of our NBFI and this is her third time on Kiva.
