She lives with her partner Luis who is a merchant and the father of their two year old daughter. She wants to offer her a better quality of life. Together, they live in their own house that they bought with a lot of effort. Jessica’s business is selling different flavors and brands of soft drinks. She has a refrigerator where she keeps her products chilled for her customers due to the heat in the area. She serves her customers in a very friendly manner from her house. She started more than two years ago. She purchases products in small quantities with her own capital. And seeing the good reception she had with the business, she decided to continue and up until this time, she works alone. She considers the business to be quite profitable due to the good profits it provides. In the past, the couple had economic problems because they couldn’t manage with their earnings. With the arrival of their daughter, their expenses increased. With the decision to start her business, she is getting out of the economic tight spots.

By seeing the good results and the reception she continues to have with her business, she has plans to expand her stock of merchandise to grow her business. With the profits, she wants to start another business, a carpenter’s workshop, with her partner who has the necessary skills for this business. This will be her second loan with MFP. She feels happy to know that she has a line of credit to grow her business. She promises to be responsible with the payments in order to have access to more loans in the future. In addition to liking the work of her communal bank, she considers the group to be responsible and united. With the requested loan of 1000 nuevos soles, she will invest the money in the purchase of more merchandise for her business like soft drinks in different flavors, in increasing the available stock for sale and in looking for better prices for wholesale sales.
