Felicitas's story

Felicitas is 55 years old. She is married, and has four children from this relationship. She was born in the department of Apurímac in Andahuaylas province, but she lives in the city of Pisaq in Calca province in the department of Cusco in Peru.

Felicitas and her husband have a workshop where they make things from metal. On this occasion, she is requesting the loan to purchase iron, solder, and many other things. She has been working in this business for several years, and it has been going very well for her.

Felicitas belongs to the “Mosoq Ñusta” communal bank, which is part of Asociación Arariwa. She is grateful for the opportunity being given to her by this means, and agrees to comply with making her repayments according to the schedule.

The members of the “Mosoq Ñusta” communal bank meet monthly in the district of Pisaq in Calca province (in Cusco, Peru). Cusco is known for being an area with much tourism and commerce, for its traditional Inti Raymi festival, and because it is the location of Machu Picchu, one of the seven wonders of the world.
