La señora Gladys es un cliente antiguo de la institución, trabajo varios años en la agencia de la ciudad de el Alto ahora ella esta trabajando en la agencia de Villa Fátima, se dedica a la venta de mantas y polleras, para mujeres de pollera, la mujer de pollera viste una ropa muy particular que solo se ve en el occidente del país, ella vende esta ropa en la ciudad de el Alto en una zona muy estratégica para la venta de estos productos, el esposo de la señora esta de viaje tiene contratos en el interior del país pero le manda dinero, los hijos de la señora son mayores y tienen una vida muy aparte de la señora, el crédito será invertido en la compra de polleras y mantas para la venta, la Sra. Gladys se siente feliz y agradecida con la institución por el apoyo brindado.
