A loan of $1,025 helped to buy ponchos and skirts.

Gladys Laura's story

Sra. Gladys is a former client of this institution. She worked for several years in the town of El Alto, and now is working in the town of Villa Fátima. She sells ponchos and skirts to local women. If a woman sees a particular item of clothing only available in the west of the country, then Gladys sells it in El Alto, a town well-placed for the sale of these items.

Gladys’ husband is away from home. He has work in the interior of the country but sends her money. Her children are grown up and live separate lives. The loan money is to be used to buy ponchos and skirts. Sra. Gladys is pleased and grateful to the institution for the support they have provided.
