Teodocia's story

Teodocia is 42 years old and a fighter. She lives with Félix, her husband of 22 years. They both have 7 children, but they only live with 3 of them who are minors. They take care of them in their own home, located in the Atocc. annex. Thanks to her hard work and effort, she was able to get her children ahead, and the oldest already went their own ways. Now she continues to work for the future of the younger children, and that's why she works eagerly and with great care. Her economic activity is farming. She plants peas, corn, and potatoes on her own land. She says that she has 2 parcels of land and at every harvest, she sells retail at the market in the city of Pampas, where she works once a week. The other days, she travels to the jungle, where she has plantain crops that her son takes care of, since he lives there. But since she a woman with initiative, she also raises chickens and sheep to fatten up and sell a a higher price. She also started to sell candies in the town plaza where she lives, since that brings additional income to her home. This is her third loan with MFP. She is very happy to have the financial support, since she has always shown herself to be responsible with her payments. She also likes being a part of the association because all of the members are responsible and supportive people. If Teodocia receives your support, she will invest the money she has asked for in buying animals such as good quality sheep and chicken to fatten up.
