Kuña Aty Group's story

'Kuña Aty' is a group with 16 members who are all women from the city of Caaguazú. They are friends and neighbors who decided to form a group so that they could work together and help each other to improve their own lifestyles as well as those of their families. They are tenacious women who work hard every day.

Angela has a small grocery store. She says that she is a very hard-working and tenacious woman who starts work very early each morning as when she opens her store she already has customers waiting. Thanks to her hard work and effort, she has been able to do well and help her family.

Angela came to Fundación Paraguaya and Kiva for a loan to buy baked goods, dairy products, rice and other items she needs to stock her business. This will enable her to continue working.
