A loan helped to buy poultry birds and to build a housing unit.

Yohana's story

Yohana has been active in farming for six consecutive years, with the poultry business being his core. His farm, however, produces maize and beans as well, which are all sold locally. He also gets additional income from from both a motorcycle and a retail shop business.

Yohana has made a loan request amounting to 90,000 KES from Juhudi Kilimo to boost his poultry business. He trusts that he will be able to meet the repayment of the loan and expand his farming business significantly. He hopes to acquire more assets and to live a better life with his young family. He is grateful to Juhudi Kilimo for the loan facility.

He is concerned about the seasonal changes, which make farming quite unpredictable.
