Thav, 36, is married and resides with her husband and two children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She and her husband have been involved in an agricultural business for over 10 years. They have extensive experience and are successful in their career. They are involved in growing agricultural crops and earn approximately $3 USD per day. Additionally, her husband works as a construction worker to generate extra income to support the family. He can earn approximately USD $5 USD per day. In order to expand her family’s income, Thav is requesting a loan of $500 USD to purchase cattle to breed in order to resell for a profitable price when they gain weight. In the future, she would like to expand her husband’s business to be a construction foreman, build a new house, and support her children in their studies until they get a bachelor's degree.
