A loan of $1,000 helped to buy televisions.

Angela Ines's story

Ángela sells electrical appliances such as televisions, sound equipment, and other things that people request. She makes her sales in the city of El Alto, Bolivia, because this is a developing city. She buys her merchandise in another country, and travels there every three months to stock up on merchandise at lower prices. Since this country has sea ports, the prices are lower. She is asking for this loan to buy televisions.

Her husband works with her and they have a two year old son, who is their motivation for moving ahead with their business, in hopes that they will be able to someday provide him with a good education and a better future.
