Tajy Punta Group's story

'Tajy Punta' is the name of this committee who are in their second loan cycle with thirteen members. This is a group of very responsible and hard-working ladies. They each work in their own business activity but they also work together to foster team spirit.

Corina is a single mother with four young children. She has worked hard to provide for them and, thanks to this opportunity from Fundación Paraguaya and Kiva, she knows that she will be able to get ahead in life. Corina is a craftswoman and her business is embroidering sheets, bedspreads, etc.

Corina is requesting a loan to buy fabric and threads for the embroidery that she does. She is grateful for the opportunity that she is receiving as it will be a great help to her.
