Rashida's Group's story

Rashida has applied for a loan from KIVA partner Asasah for her husband’s sales business. He supplies toffees, candies and other grocery items to different grocery and general stores in the market. With the loan investment, he will buy items in bulk quantities to increase his sales and profits. Rashida is very confident that her husband will make good use of the loan investment and will successfully be able to improve his business.

Rashida is a housewife. She stays at home and does her household responsibilities. She is a very responsible person and her family is very happy with her efforts. She has given birth to 5 children, none of them could get an education due to financial constraints. Rashida wants to send her younger children to school and she is confident that she will be able to do so once her husband’s business gets improved.
