A loan of $1,200 helped to repair the tool that allows her to work (her taxi).

Dayana Jhanina's story

Jhanina is a 23 year old, single, young woman who works and lives in the city of Cochabamba, in the region of Cochabamba, She works in a legal services office as a secretary. Her wage is very low and she has six younger siblings, she lives alone with her mother and there is no father figure in her family.

However, together with her mother, she has bought a "taxi" and a driver to work on a Radiomovil line, so they can make an income to support and feed her younger siblings.

Sadly, the taxi has broken down and now needs repairs in order to continue working. This is why Jhanina requires a KIVA loan in order to repair her car.

She is very grateful that there are organisations in the world that can offer this support to people who don't have economic resources, but want to succeed in life.
