Nugzar's story

Nugzar is 51 years old. He lives in the village Kvirike, Seaside of Georgia. He is married and lives with his family: wife Tamar and three children (24, 23 and 22 years old).

Nugzar earns a living through trade with green-grocery products. He purchases green-grocery products on the wholesale markets and takes them with his own minibus to nearby villages. Along with trade, Nugzar is involved in the family's agribusiness. They have a milk cow and sell homemade cheese. The family also grows citrus and nut trees on 0.25 hectare land. Nugzar sells harvested products from his minibus as well. Total average monthly income of the family is 500 Laris.

Nugzar requested credit for purchasing additional green-grocery products for resale. With the new products, he will increase sales and the income of the family will increase. The family will be able to spend more on satisfying their daily needs to improve living conditions.
