A loan of $1,125 helped to hire day laborers.

Edgard's story

At 29 years old, Edward is a very happy, tenacious young man. He lives in his own house with his wife Mariluz, who is 25, and their two children, 7-year-old Jhonat and 3-year-old Aldair, to whom they want to give the very best in life. Edward has made a living in agriculture for twenty years. He began by helping his parents, and now that he has his family he has purchased a plot of land where he can plant cacao.

He makes sure that each kilogram of cacao he sells is profitable, and he depends on what he produces. That's why he decided to make a living planting cacao on his lands, and he anxiously awaits a good outcome, since he is always working. For that reason, he turned to the MFP banks to ask for a loan that would help him with his work plans. In other words, thanks to the loan they gave him he can maintain his crops.

This will be his third loan with MFP, and he is very happy for the support they gave him, since this way he will continue towards his goal. With the 2,000 nuevos soles, he will hire day laborers that can help him weed and pasteurize his plantations.
