A loan of $750 helped to buy coffee plants.

Dolores's story

38-year-old Dolores is a very cheerful and tenacious woman. She lives in her own home together with her partner, 41-year-old David. The couple hope to do well in the future. Dolores is a modest woman but she is keen to do well in life. Her business is working her land so that she can grow coffee. She has been working on her own plot of land for 20 years with the aim of growing her plantings and making a good profit on her harvests. She has the support of her partner which makes her life easier. Both of them work hard so that they have good results from their plantings. Right now, Dolores' priority is sowing new coffee plants so that she can increase the number she has on her hectares of land. This will be Dolores' twelfth loan from MFP and she feels grateful for the trust that is placed in her. She assures us that she will continue being punctual in making her repayments. She is a very well liked member of her community bank because she is responsible. Dolores will use her 2,000 soles to buy coffee plants to grow on her farmland.
