A loan of $300 helped to perform maintenance on one of her sewing machines.

Judi Maribel's story

Judi has always been known as a hard-worker who is devoted to her family’s well-being. She has been working in her sewing business for approximately eight years, and she is recognized for the good quality of her products. Judi previously worked in a seamstress shop. Her boss proposed that she become independent. He gave her a batch of work in order to have greater earnings.

Judi then set up her own sewing shop where, with great effort, she has gotten the necessary machinery. She has two large customers. They make big quantities of orders, therefore Judi has always had a good volume of work.

Due to the fact that one of the machines that Judi works with makes a loud noise, Judi wants to provide maintenance on the machine. This way she will be able to improve her work conditions. However, she does not have enough money to have the maintenance done. That is why she is looking for a loan to perform maintenance on one of her sewing machines.

Judi hopes that this way she will be able to continue working without any inconvenience at her shop. She hopes that she will be able to continue improving her business. Judi dreams of her husband and her son having a better quality of live and financial stability. She also dreams of her shop growing and being able to generate employment for mothers who are heads of their households and have no work opportunities.
