A loan of $1,125 helped to buy products for her grocery store business.

Ingrit Frene's story

Ingrit is a member of 'Los Claveles' (Carnations) community bank. She is 25 years old and has been a member of FINCA Peru for one year. She is single and doesn't have any children. Her business is selling groceries and beer wholesale. She was invited to join FINCA by an existing member. She is grateful because she is doing well in her business and also in her personal life. She enjoys the training sessions. She says that they help her to improve as a person. Thanks to her loans, she does not lack merchandise (rice, milk, oil, etc.) with which to stock her store. She is requesting this loan to buy more products. She would also like to buy more beer because she has seen that it makes her more profits. She is thinking of starting to sell cell phone minutes.
