A loan of $900 helped to purchase a milk cow.

Antissa's story

Antissa is 62 years old. She is a widow and lives in a small village near Tbilisi (capital city of the country) with her 38-year-old son, Zurab.

Antissa and her son earn a living through the family agricultural business. In particular, they have two milk cows. Antissa produces cheese and sells it in Tbilisi. Also, the family owns a vineyard. Zurab produces wine and vodka and sells it in the village.

Antissa requested a credit for purchasing a milk cow. With three cows she will be able to increase the cheese production and sales by 50%. It will result in increased family income. They will be able to increase spending on their daily needs and improve their living conditions.
