As she wanted to develop her business, she decided to join one of Hope’s groups. Hélène is a trustworthy client of the MFI Hope DRC, having received 12 loans so far and repaying them on time. She makes a profit of about $200 per month. She has succeeded with good strategies to build permanent customers. She always talks with her customers and she knows them well by their names, and her drugstore is always well-stocked.
