The Kambeng Bloc 1 group has been created at the inauguration of the “banc villageois.” It is composed of 15 women living in the same area. They work as vendors and farmers.

Mrs. Yama (standing on the far right) is the group’s leader. She is 48 years, married and the mother of five. She also takes care of two other school-aged children, relatives from nearby villages. She grows peanuts and prepares peanut paste for sale. With this loan she plans to stock up on seeds in order to better prepare for farming during the rainy season. She plans to use the revenues to help her husband provide for the children’s schooling.

Le groupe Kambeng Bloc 1 est créé depuis l’inauguration du banc villageois. Il est composé de 15 femmes qui habitent le même quartier. Elles ont comme activité principale le petit commerce et la culture.

Madame Yama, (debout à l’extrême droite), est responsable du groupe. Elle est âgée de 48 ans, est mariée et mère de 05 enfants, elle prend en charge deux autres élèves qui sont des proches parents venant des villages environnant. Elle cultive de l’arachide qu’elle transforme en patte pour la revente.

Avec ce prêt elle compte s’approvisionner en semence pour mieux préparer la culture durant la saison des pluies.

Les bénéfices, elle compte appuyer son mari dans la scolarité des enfants.
