Phan is widowed and resides with her two children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been selling traditional cakes for over four years, earning approximately 2.5 USD per day. Her two children are employed: one is employed at a garment factory and another one is a motor taxi driver.
Phan is asking for a loan of 1,200 USD to pay for her son’s wedding ceremony. In the future, she plans to rebuild her present house to make it much stronger and to provide a comfortable living condition for her family.
