She sells second-hand shoes at the market on a retail basis. She has been in this business for the last 10 years. She works six days a week.
She has requested a loan of 800,000 UGX from MCDT SACCO to buy bales of second-hand shoes. Her major business challenges are the rainy season because she works from an open place and thieves.
Her aspirations and goals are to start importing used shoes and also to start selling wholesale. She lives in her own house and the family has access to electricity and does not have access to piped water. Her major monthly expenses include school fees.
