A loan of $1,200 helped to purchase items to sell and refurbish the store.

Farhang's story

Farhang is a 29-year-old divorced Iraqi man. He is living with his family of five, contributing to the family's income, and helping to support them.

He has been running his own little business, a general store, since 2009 and in an effort to improve his little corner store, has applied for a small loan to renew and refurbish it, and to be able to purchase more stock of items to sell.

Farhang took a loan of 1,200 USD from Relief International - Iraq, and he hopes to generate a 10% growth in sales to better support his family.
