A loan of $575 helped to purchase several bags of fertilizer.

Justina's story

38-year-old Justina is married to 39-year-old Francisco. They live together in their own house with their two lovely children,16-year-old Alexander and 1-year-old Heidy. They give them the best and hope for a good future for them. With a lot of effort, Justina has managed to work their land and make it very productive. She plants coffee and cacao, products that, once harvested, she takes to sell in the city of San Francisco, where she sells them wholesale. Her products have given her the necessary means to keep going and help with household expenses, and that is why she wants to put all her hope in getting this business off the ground.

What she likes most about her work is taking care of the crops, since she feels very happy doing so. She has been doing this for 15 years and thinks the most difficult part of the job is transporting her products. In her daily work, she has the unconditional support of her husband, who is her right hand man. In the future she hopes to purchase new land to increase her crops. This is her first loan with MFP, and she is happy for the help of the financiers, since this allows her to continue with her work plans. With the 1,000 nuevos soles she will maintain her crops; she will buy several bags of fertilizer to fertilizer her land and make them productive again with the passing of time.
