Mujeres Luchadoras Group's story

The “Mujeres Luchadoras” (Tenacious Women) communal bank has 16 members, and they are all friends and neighbors in the city of Villa Elisa. This bank is new to the program with the Fundación Paraguaya. They are now ending their second cycle. Their payments are very punctual just like they are. Today they are very hard-working, active, and responsible women.

Olga is a very enterprising woman. She says that she started a small drink store years ago. Thanks to her effort and sacrifice her business has been able to grow. This way she has become a complete small businesswoman. Her goal is to keep working and growing. She will do this so that she will be able to continue helping her family members.

She is requesting the loan to buy beer, wine, soft drinks, and other types of drinks. This way she will be able to buy drinks and have these products in stock.
