Unidas Triunfaremos Group
In this Group: Rocio, Antonieta Nelly, Maria Yolanda, Ximena Marcia, Reina Juana, Flor Isabel, Pilar
Roció, age 45, is a very active woman with three children. The youngest is 13. She started with cosmetics like most women, as a consumer. That is how she got into the business. She first started as a consultant. Upon seeing that this was a good opportunity, she went to workshops on beauty techniques, sales, and leadership. All of this acquired knowledge was of great help to becoming a good saleswoman. This can be seen as the business is growing.

She currently is in charge of a lot of saleswomen who, just like her, sell diverse beauty products like perfume, powder, and different cosmetics and jewelry. The income that she gets is of great help because she has been able to give her children a better quality of life and a good education. She also has been able to help her mother, who is under her care.

What she wants now is to manage to set up an establishment that is dedicated entirely to the field of beauty. She would be able to sell her products directly, and she would provide various services like facials, cleansing, and makeup, etc. Roció has experience, and she also has help from her daughters, which is important to her.

She has just been selected to be the new treasurer of the Unidas Triunfaremos communal bank. She will use the loan to pay for her product orders. This way she will continue investing.

*Rocio is the fifth woman standing.
