A loan of $3,675 helped a member to buy slippers, pearls, sequins, thread, and other supplies.

Kuña Guapa Group's story

The Kuña Guapa communal bank is in its 17th cycle in the Program for Enterprising Women with the Fundación Paraguaya. They have 15 members, and they are from the Asunción zone. They are very hard-working and tenacious women who put forth great effort to give their children and families all of the best.

Gladys is one of these women. She sells embroidered slippers. She says that it is going very well for her. These are very much in fashion lately, and they are sold a lot. Thanks to having good work she was able to form good clientele. This is very helpful.

She is requesting the loan to buy slippers, pearls, sequins, and thread to embroider the slippers.

She is grateful to the Fundación and to Kiva for the help they are receiving.
