A loan of $1,100 helped to buy staple products in order to stock her general store with a greater variety of products.

Maria Fanny's story

Maria Fanny is a person known for being very hard-working and tenacious about getting ahead. Her husband died some time ago, and Maria Fanny was left a widow with four children under her care. Maria Fanny is now a single mother who is the head of the household. She dreams of being able to give her children all that they need.

Approximately 20 years ago she established her general store. It is thanks to this that she now generates the income needed to support the household expenses. Nevertheless, due to the great amount of competition that this sector has generated, Maria Fanny has seen that her sales have been diminishing. Many new stores have been established in the same area.

With the thought of increasing the variety of products that she offers her customers, Maria Fanny is looking to buy more basic, staple products that are in so much customer demand. However, Maria Fanny does not have enough capital to be able to purchase this merchandise.

That is why Maria Fanny now seeks a loan that will allow her to buy merchandise for her general store. That way she will be able to increase the variety of products that she offers her customers, and this will increase her sales.

Maria Fanny hopes that her sales increase this way. Then she will be able to give her four children the best quality of life possible, and she will be able to give them a stable financial future.
